"Drawing began at an early age. My dad would give us a stack
of house-plans, we could draw on the back. I had a Paul
Rigby “How to Draw Cartoons book”, and I studied it, got
into Balcatta Art School, but the family moved away and it
didn’t continue. I did my first sign for my Math teacher in
year 10 and started my own business as a Graphic Artist in
1989. Ten years later I started an Arts degree at Edith
Cowan University and went on to do a Dip Ed and became a
