"The music
dates back to about 1983. The first guitar was a classical
and I learnt about three chords before it retired in favor
of “other things”. Then it re-emerged at about 18 and it was
never really ignored again. My first gig was to a thousand
army Apprentices in Victoria in 1986..we were “Joined
Forces”. A few years later The Perth Blues Club was formed
and I became heavily involved for some time. Still get down
there every once in a while. I began recording, well
properly, well with the right gear, well one day I think I
grabbed some crappy mic and plugged it into the computer and
